For all FEAD configurations, we place the power steering pump to the lower left of the engine. This facilitates installation in both the TCI-IFS and DSE Alumaframe, as well as reducing the length of the steering lines and hydraulic lines required to run the hydroboost power brake system. This FEAD kit covers the LH side, and includes the pump, belt tensioner, pulleys, belt, brackets, fittings, and fasteners. The pump is a very high quality unit capable of handling the Gen 3 Coyote's 7500rpm redline. Typical \"off the shelf\" pumps will cavitate at high rpm, causing loss of steering assist. This can be a frightening experience.
